Meet the owners of some of Canada's newest business startups. These young entrepreneurs had great ideas, but little money and no options for family investment or bank loans. Luckily, along came the Canadian Youth Business Foundation (CYBF), the brainchild of a CIBC banker. This privately funded program provides loans and business advice to young entrepreneurs right across the country. They can receive up to $15,000 in start-up loans. Today, CIBC, Royal Bank and 40 other major corporations have become sponsors of the program.
